Suzanne has been writing and performing comedy since 2011. She has studdied at Upright Citizens Brigade and Magnet Theater in New York City and BATS, EndGames Improv and the SF Comedy College in San Francisco. She performs on the Magnet Theater Musical Megawatt house team Kid Detectives and performs regularly at the Magnet and People's Improv Theater with the popular ensemble Thank You for Coming Out. In addition to improv she is a contributing writer for Reductress.com.
Suzanne has had festival appearances at the Del Close Marathon in NYC, SF Sketchfest and the San Francisco Improv Festival.
Suzanne's film credits include voiceover work in the film adaptation of Michelle Tea's cult classic memoir, Valencia. Valencia: the Movie premiered in the Frameline Film Festival in 2013. She was also cast in The Ten Plagues, an independent film by Serena Schulman which won best in acting in the 2014 Scary Cow Film Festival and is headed to the Women In Comedy festival in Boston this April. She also wrote, stared and produced the comedic short Brooklyn by Bike.
During the day she works as a Restorative Justice Coach/Social Worker at a public middle school in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
